We are back after a lovely Easter break and we are ready to go. We have been working hard to prepare for our upcoming Sats tests; everyone is putting in maximum effort to ensure they are ready. This week we have had two visits from high school teachers. During one of the visits, we had a maths lesson looking at the average child in our class. We used measurements and then found averages using the mean method. In our other visit, we looked at Shakespeare’s sonnets.
In our own maths lessons, we have been problem solving with angles. We have looked at angles on a straight line, angles around a point and angles in a triangle.
