Class 4 - Summer 1 - Week 5

What an amazing week we have had in Class 4. The year 6 pupils had their trip to the National Adventure Farm as a reward for completing their Sats. We played on the indoor soft play area before a tractor ride and seeing the animals on the farm.

This week, we have been baking banana bread as part of our DT and Geography topic - Food and Farming. We researched where bananas came from then had a go at following a recipe; the banana bread came out lovely. Later in the week, we went on our class trip to Packington Farm where we were shown how a farm works. We discovered the crops that they grow there and learnt how they harvest them. We also did den building and orienteering.
